Use

Blades are extremely sharp. Please use caution when handling, operating and cleaning the mandoline.

Never touch blades when handing a blade insert; touch only the plastic side grips.

Wash in warm, soapy water before first use. Dry thoroughly.

Cleaning & Care

Clean immediately following each use. Hand washing is recommended; however the mandoline body, platform cover, upper platform and flexible food holder are top-rack dishwasher safe. If hand washing, use a brush to clean blades. Never touch blades when cleaning a blade insert; touch only the plastic side grips.

After cleaning, dry thoroughly. Reassemble, lock and fold for safe storage.
